Jeff Fyke
Co-Owner & Project Manager
Jeff Fyke joined RBG Services in 2019 and quickly became a driving force in our leadership. A Master Electrician with nearly two decades of electrical experience since 2005, he leads complex residential and commercial projects with a focus on safety, quality, and getting it right the first time.
Jeff also mentors our team, developing the next generation of electricians with not just technical skills but integrity, professionalism, and genuine customer care. Guided by his Christian values, he sees every project as an opportunity to serve people—not just complete a task.
Together with co-owner Brett Gosnell, Jeff helps lead RBG Services with the belief that electrical work is a calling to serve our community with honesty and excellence.

Brett founded RBG Services in 2018 after more than two decades in the electrical industry. Since starting his career in 1994, he's built a reputation for one thing above all: actually listening to what customers need.
As Lead Estimator, Brett takes pride in ensuring you get exactly what you envision—no more, no less. He balances technical expertise with clear communication, so you understand every step of your project without the confusion or pressure you've experienced elsewhere.
Brett's Christian faith shapes how he approaches every customer interaction: with honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to doing what's right. His vision set the foundation for RBG Services, and his dedication continues to guide our growth.
